Our passion at Small Fry is focused on adding value to the lives of parents, carers and children.

Across the series of books, our desire is to provide parents and carers with practical ideas, activities, recipes and inspiration for the precious time that we get to spend with our children - whether that’s doing something fun and creative or nothing at all!

Small Fry - Inspiration for Cooking with Kids, together with Small Fry - Inspiration for Being Outdoors with Kids, are available in all good book shops across Australia and New Zealand and also to purchase online. For particulars please visit the Small Fry Shop.

Small Fry - Inspiration for Creative Play with Kids hit the shelves  on September 1st  and of course there are many more fun filled Small Fry titles in preliminary stages of development!

In our desperate desire to get things right, as parents, we can so easily fall into the habit of over-structuring our children's time. With the Small Fry series of  books, we encourage parents,carers and in turn, children, to take some time to remember that the simple things can be the most valuable and create the most impact on  the lives of our children. We also investigate nature v’s nintendo as well as kids and food, kids and their environment and the irrefutable value of kids and play.

We believe that when we all share the parenting juggle together - it makes it all the more fun for parents, carers and children!

We are in the process of igniting our blog site. We welcome and encourage your input, thoughts, feedback  and conversation and hope you find this informative, interactive and a fun place that you can feel part of a greater community.
